RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

The quality of PROPERLY POSH’D Grandeur Virgin Hair will speak for itself. We believe our customers should keenly check their hair upon receiving it and if unsatisfied, all unopened, untampered, and untouched hair may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. *HAIR MUST NOT BE ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY. After 7 days of receiving the hair, all sales are final. 

ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REIMBURSEMENT FOR IT. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Here at PROPERLY POSH’D, we understand that after purchasing grandeur hair, you may not want to add additional expenses for shipping fees. So as a thank you, we provide free shipping within the United States Only! Processing time is 48 hours and shipping and handling within the United States is 1-4 business days via USPS. You may contact us with your preferences of shipping courier and we will try our best to honor your request within reason. 

    When placing orders, please be aware that your billing and shipping address must match. We do not ship to addresses THAT ARE NOT CONFIRMED!! Please contact us via text or email before placing your order if you need your package shipped to another address that doesn't correspond with your billing address. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES! 

 

OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE 

If you need your hair in a hurry and or don't want to wait for shipping couriers, we offer you our Concierge Service, which is free drop offs within New York and most parts of New Jersey. Customers must pay for their hair before we drop it off. Customers may also choose to pick up their hair as well if you don't want to wait 1-4 days and may need your hair within 24 hours. *IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE HAIR WHEN WE DROP IT OFF FOR WHATEVER REASON AND WISH FOR A REFUND, WE WILL REFUND YOU LESS THE CHARGE OF $20 FOR TRAVELERS / SHIPPING FEE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE****
