Payment

All transactions and payments are confirmed upon receipt of the requested price. If a transaction is not confirmed as received or payment method has been declined, the buyer has no claim to ownership of the product therefore no product will be shipped or delivered.

Cancellation & Refund/Return Policy

Products are entitled to be returned based on a legitimate and verifiable complaints by the buyer. If an item is altered or damaged during shipping it MAY be replaced by PROPERLY POSH’D free of charge. If an unsatisfactory complaint is received from the buyer, a refund can be considered after verifiable confirmations have been made. If the product or service is correctly matched by the seller’s sales description and the buyer isn’t satisfied, PROPERLY POSH’D isn’t responsible for a refund. 

Any product or service that has been processed or altered to suit the buyer shall not be received on cancellation. Items will only be received by PROPERLY POSH’D if they are in the initial state prior to purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Contents on the website are issued without any change and is not subject to any form of warranty.  Therefore, PROPERLY POSH’D disclaims all forms of warranty that content on the website will be without any form of error or omissions and all complaints in regards to these will be handled and the concerned section will be corrected. This section of the T&C doesn’t apply to all states in the United States.

Limitation or Exclusion of Liability

PROPERLY POSH’D shall not be held liable for any consequent damage or harm caused by wrong use of the content of this site, product or services by the buyer. Laws applicable to your location might not allow the total exclusion of liability in an event of damage or harm, therefore this section might not be applicable to you.

Term; Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the accessing of this website and shall continue for the duration of the site visit, usage and purchase of products. PROPERLY POSH’D is not obliged to issue a notice on intent to edit or replace this Agreement or any part of it.

Sections addressing issues related to Copyrights & Trademark, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall remain unchanged in event of any review of this agreement.

Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify and not hold responsible PROPERLY POSH’D or its representatives for any losses, injuries and damages including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from wrongful use of our site or contents and a result of negligence of a section of this Agreement.
